Juan Andrés Marín

Juan Andrés Marín (Colombia, 2000) is a visual artist based in Bogotá. His work explores the tension between beauty and pain, memory and disappearance, through painting and works on paper.

In 2024, he completed a program in Modern and Contemporary Art and Design at MoMA. He was a finalist for the Jackson’s Art Prize 2025 and has exhibited at Bankside Gallery (London), Espacio Alterno, and Uniandinos. He has also participated in Feria del Millón, the Cartagena Art Circuit, and was recognized as an emerging artist by Galería Umbral.

His practice creates spaces where the raw and the sublime coexist, inviting contemplation, intuition, and silence.
