Jordi Alós

Jordi Alós (b. 1993, Mexico City) studied Advertising Design at the Institute of Marketing and Advertising, where he discovered a lack of artistic integration in the field—sparking his interest in painting as a space for freer, more expressive creation.

He has participated in artist residencies in Switzerland (Beinwil am See, 2018) and Spain (Konvent Zero, Barcelona, 2019), and exhibited in Mexico, the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Notable shows include Gloomy Sunday (König Galerie, 2024), The Lost Warhols (Casa de Copas, 2024), and Machangos (Vroom and Varossieau, 2023).

His work extends into film and advertising, with projects such as a mural for Joker (2019), workshops with House of Vans (2023), and the short film Las Raíces del Roble (2016). His pieces are part of private collections across Mexico, the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Alós is currently developing projects in Asia, the Netherlands, and Mexico in collaboration with international curators and galleries.
